Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and expectations for all APEX BIN WASH services, including subscription commitments, payment, cancellations, and general service guidelines. By booking with us or subscribing to a plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Last Updated: July 28, 2026
1. Service Agreement
Customers agree to allow access to their bins on scheduled cleaning days.
Bins must be empty before cleaning. If not, the service may be skipped, and a fee may still apply.
The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
If our employee requires access to water to complete the job, the customer agrees to provide access to an outdoor water source as needed. By accepting service, the customer grants permission to use this water source for cleaning purposes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring our service vehicle has safe and reasonable access to the property. Service may be delayed, skipped, or rescheduled if access is blocked by parked vehicles, construction, locked gates, or other obstacles beyond our control.
For the safety of our Bin Hygienists, all pets and animals must be properly secured before service begins. If our technician determines that an unsecured or aggressive animal presents a safety risk, service may be skipped, and a revisit fee may apply.
While our cleaning process removes the vast majority of debris, odors, and bacteria, APEX BIN WASH is not responsible for removing waste that is frozen, compacted, melted, glued, or otherwise stuck to the inside of the bin beyond what can reasonably be removed during a standard cleaning.
2. Subscription Commitment Policy
Customers who sign up for the $24.99 Monthly Bin Cleaning Plan agree to a minimum 3-month commitment.
By subscribing to this discounted monthly plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges for at least three (3) billing cycles.
If the subscription is canceled before the 3-month minimum, each service already completed under the discounted plan will be retroactively charged at the standard one-time rate of $60 per visit.
The customer will be invoiced for any remaining balance not already paid.
This policy is in place to prevent misuse of our discounted monthly service. Thank you for your understanding and support.
3. Pricing & Payment
Service fees must be paid upfront (or within an agreed timeframe).
Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.
Prices are subject to change, with customers notified in advance.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers must notify the company 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
No refunds for missed service due to customer inaccessibility (e.g., locked gates, bins not out).
Refunds are only issued under certain circumstances, such as company error.
4A. Missed Bin & Courtesy Revisit Policy
If your garbage or recycling bin is unavailable for cleaning on your scheduled service day (for example, it was not placed at the curb after trash collection or was moved before our Bin Hygienist arrived), the scheduled service will be considered missed.
Customers are responsible for notifying APEX BIN WASH as soon as possible if their bin has not been emptied before their scheduled cleaning day, their trash collection day has been changed, or their bin will not be available for any reason.
If a customer receives a notification that their Bin Hygienist is en route or has arrived and the bin is not available for cleaning, the customer must notify APEX BIN WASH immediately. Failure to notify us before or during the scheduled service window may result in the service being considered missed and subject to the Missed Bin & Courtesy Revisit Policy.
As a courtesy, APEX BIN WASH will provide one (1) complimentary return visit during your subscription to clean the missed bin, subject to route availability.
After the complimentary revisit has been used, any additional return visits requested by the customer will be subject to a Revisit Fee of $15–$25, depending on travel distance from our service routes.
4B. Service Notifications
To help every service run smoothly, APEX BIN WASH sends service notifications by email and/or text message.
Customers may receive notifications when:
• Your scheduled cleaning day is approaching.
• Your Bin Hygienist is on the way.
• Your Bin Hygienist has arrived.
• Your cleaning has been completed.
Notifications are sent using the email address and phone number provided by the customer at the time of booking.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. APEX BIN WASH is not responsible for missed notifications due to incorrect contact information, spam or junk mail filters, blocked phone numbers, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If our records indicate that notifications were successfully sent, failure to view or receive a notification does not qualify for a free return visit, refund, waived revisit fee, or any other form of compensation.
5. Liability, Damages, & Equipment Use
The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins, including cracks, broken lids, or structural weaknesses.
The company is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced bins.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper placement of bins before and after service.
Customers acknowledge that high-pressure washing and sanitization involve water and cleaning agents that may expose pre-existing damage.
Customers acknowledge that pressure washing may remove, loosen, fade, tear, or damage decals, stickers, labels, barcodes, HOA identification stickers, paint markings, or other adhesive materials attached to garbage or recycling bins. APEX BIN WASH is not responsible for replacing or repairing stickers, labels, decals, or markings that become damaged or detached during the normal cleaning process.
For quality assurance, documentation, employee safety, training, and marketing purposes, APEX BIN WASH may photograph or record video while on the customer's property. This may include before-and-after footage of garbage bins, surrounding work areas, or recordings captured by our Bin Hygienists for their safety and protection while performing services.
By accepting service, the customer grants APEX BIN WASH permission to capture and use such photos or recordings for legitimate business purposes.
6. Environmental Responsibility
Only eco-friendly cleaning solutions will be used.
Wastewater will be properly disposed of in compliance with local regulations.
7. Cleanliness & Maintenance Policy
At Apex Bin Wash, our mission is to provide consistent, professional bin and dumpster cleaning that protects your home, our team, and the environment. Maintaining clean, sanitary bins helps prevent pest infestations, reduces harmful bacteria, and limits pollution runoff into storm drains.
7A. First-Time Deep Cleaning
All new customers receive a First-Time Deep Cleaning on their initial visit to bring bins or dumpsters up to our required maintenance standards. This includes removing built-up grime, bacteria, odors, and pest activity.
For most subscription plans, the First-Time Deep Cleaning is included in the initial subscription price.
For other plans or promotional offers, it may be added as a one-time fee based on bin condition and plan type.
This ensures your bins start off clean and manageable for regular maintenance.

Customers are expected to keep bins and dumpsters in a reasonably maintained state between visits. This includes:
-
Avoiding excessive buildup of waste or liquids
-
Preventing strong odors from prolonged neglect
-
Preventing infestations (maggots, gnats, rodents, etc.)
7C. Neglect or Repeated Excessive Soiling
If a bin or dumpster is found to be infested, heavily soiled, or hazardous beyond normal expectations, Apex Bin Wash reserves the right to:
Charge an Additional Cleaning Fee based on severity
Upgrade the Customer’s Subscription Plan to a higher frequency that better suits the cleaning requirements
Terminate the Subscription if conditions are extreme or unsafe for staff or the environment
Photos and documentation may be used for transparency and records.
8. Contaminated Bin Policy
-
Bins containing hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, paint, oil, pet waste, or medical waste) will not be cleaned for safety and environmental reasons.
-
If a bin is found to contain prohibited waste, the service may be skipped, and a fee may still apply.
-
Customers should rinse or remove excessive waste before cleaning appointments.
